- Information you submit. When you request a report, we collect the website URL or description you enter and any details you provide about your business.
- Usage data. We collect privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (for example, pages viewed and general device/browser type) to improve the Service.
2. How we use information
- To generate and deliver the reports and features you request.
- To create and manage your account.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about the Service.
3. AI processing of your inputs
To generate a report, the input you submit (such as your website URL and related text) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes it to produce the report. Please do not submit confidential information or personal data you do not want processed this way.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, including:
- Google — sign-in / authentication.
- Anthropic — AI processing of your inputs to generate reports.
- Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Runnax and its users.
5. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion of your account data at any time (see “Your rights”).
